Q) Describe and discuss at least two backup strategies. Discuss the use of cloud backup strategies, as well?

Backup Strategies

Backup strategies are creating in the business organizations in different types based on their business type and selected field. In the present society, we are seeing different types of backup strategies are available in the market with some difference in their features and working process. For creating these backup strategies in the organizations, we require some specially trained professors who have deep knowledge of the subject. The main reason behind the usage of these backup strategies and process in any place because it creates a copy of data for the original information. Backup files have a huge amount of storage capacity which can be able to store several copies of data at one place without any issue (Alhamad, 2010).

Once any file is stored in the backup device then it remains permanently until we delete it from there. From these processes, data can be restored or retrieved any time without performing a long process in business organizations. When any data or information is lost in the organization or at any other places then they can recover the original information in case they have a backup strategy for their systems. Some of the types of backup strategies in the present computational business market are a full backup, incremental backup, and differential backup. Each type of strategy has some individual functionalities and changes in the recovery process (Bass, 2015).

Even these backup strategies are also updating their services based on the changes which are occurring in the technologies. Cloud computing is also represented as one best and most commonly using a backup strategy in the present society. In this process, people are storing information into cloud technologies with the help of some internet services. The demand for cloud computing is gradually rising in the business organizations because here the data retrieving process can be performed from any anyplace across the word. The benefits and features of these cloud technologies are also high in range when compared to some other normal databases and backup devices (Bubas, 2011).
